Create and manage folders on Titan Dashboard
Up to now it was only possible to filter or search for a project. This new feature allows more options to organize, find and manage projects. Clients with many projects, across multiple departments would be able to manage projects more efficiently.
- There are no default folders available. You need to create at least one folder.
- Projects could be assigned to more than one folder.
- Folders cannot be deleted. The folder will disappear when there are no projects linked to it.
Create new folders
- Make sure that you are on the Dashboard.
- Click on the Kebab menu of an existing project. The context menu opens.
- Click on the Manage Folders option. The Manage Folders screen opens.
- Click on the + Add to folder option. The Folder Name screen opens.
- Type a folder name in the Folder Name field.
- Click on the Save button.
- Add a few folders.
- Click on the Save button.

The Folders are added at the bottom of the list.

A project will have a label with the folder name to which it was assigned . Multiple folder names are listed together, separated with a comma.
Manage folders
- Click on the Kebab menu. The context menu opens.
- Click on the Manage Folders option. The Manage Folders screen opens.
- Click on the + Add to folder option. The Folder Name screen opens.
- Click in the Folder Name field. The drop-down list opens.
- Click on a folder name to select it.
- Click on the Save button.

- Scroll down on the Dashboard. The folders are listed at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on the All option. The 5 most often used folders are displayed.
Note:
A folder only exist as long as there are projects linked to that folder.

Use the Search functionality to search for folders and projects.
